Dynamic testing on wheel and castor according to ISO 22881:2004 (wheels and castors for institutional applications for manual handling)
Conformance testing on wheel and castor according to UNI EN 1004:2020; the test is performed on static loads and breaking system (scaffolding industry). The conformance requires two tests on five identical castors.
Rolling resistance test according to UNI 11330 or depending on the customer's choice (definition of the trend driving/ load force on 5 – 7 increasing loads)
Braking test according to ISO 22883:2004 o ISO 22884:2004, includes driving test braking system
Physical-mechanical characterization tests of elastomer and vulcanized rubbers (gear, tearing, graze, resilience, density, hysteresis)
Statics load tests according to ISO 22881:2004 (wheels and castors for institutional application)
Statics load tests for industrial castors (according to the customer's needs)
Corrosion tests on neutral sea-fog chamber according to UNI ISO 9227.

All tests are made in the laboratory which has the relevant instrumental equipment and know-how in order to carry out with the tests.

Once the test is done the Customer receives a report with the results.
